GREYMOUTH FIRE.
GYMNASIUM DESTROYED.

A fire nt 10.35 p.m. destroyed a large building in William Street belonging to the Star Football Club and used as a gymnasium. It contained all the stage gear of the boxing association. The brigade kept the flames from the adjacent depot of an oil company and also saved a cottage on the other side. The building which was 25 years old, was insured for £2OO.
