FEILDING STOCK SALE.
The X.Z. Fanners’ Co-op. Dist. Co., Ltd., report on the Feilding stock sale as follows:—Quite a small yarding came forward for (he last r-ale of the year. In the fat sheep section fat iambs and wethers sold well, while fat ewes sold at rates about oil a par with the last ln the store sheep section the first offering of lambs came forward, these selling well. The 2-th wethers yarded sold at the previous week’s prices. In the fat cattle section station cattle sold well, while the dairy fats which were in over-supply sold at slightly easier prices than last week. In the store cattle section the market was quiet with few sales resulting. Honor cattle were slightly easier in price. Quotations:—Fat sheep lambs, 18s 6d, 19s 6d, 21 o 2d, 225, 255; b.f.’s, 23s 6d. 24s 6d, 2& 6d, 27.4, 28s 2d; ewes, 18s, l&s 9d, 19s, 19s 9d, 20s 6d. Fat cattle: Buliocks, £9 10s, £lO ss, £ll ss, £ll 17.5 6d; Her. cows, £5 2s 6d, £5 10s, £5 15s, £5 15s. £7 12.5 6d, £7 15s; cows, dairy sorts, £3 10s, £4 ss, £4 17s 6d, £5 ss; heifers, dairy sorts, £3 ss, £3 15s, £4 2s 6d, £5. Store sheep: 2-th lamb*, 17s 6d; 2-th wethers, 21.5 6d, 225, 235, L4s Id; owes with lamb* at foot, all counted, 17s 6d, 1&, 18s 4d. Store cattle: 15-month P.A. steers, £6 17s 6d; 24-yr I’.A. steers, £8 7s 6d.
