SCHOOLBOY’S CRIME.

MURDER ADMITTED. NEW YORK, Dec. 19. A three-months-old mystery in the disappearance of Francis Laino, aged 10, a son of Dr. Frank Laino, was solved by the confession of his chum, John Macari, aged 13, who was recently sent to the State Training School for Boys as an incorrigible. Macari said he murdered Laino by striking him on the head with a lead pipe after a quarrel and hid the body in an abandoned tenement. Police found the body in a narrow clothescloset on the fourth lloor. The father was unable to identify the body, but said the clothing resembled his sou’s.
