The Daily Herald’s Jerusalem correspondent says tho Arab leaders are recruiting followers and speeding up the smuggling of arms, chiefly through Kaukaji, in preparation for a new campaign of terrorism. The movement is widespread in Transjordan with the idea of overthrowing the British mandate there as well as in Palestine.

The Arab Higher Committee is said to have a war fund of £138,000. to which businessmen are intimidated to make contributions.
