WOOLLEN IND USTR Y. Received December 10. 1.45 p.m. LONDON, Dee. 9. Wage increases averaging 10 per cent., affecting 100,000 workers in the wool textile industry of Yorkshire,' are recommended by the Ministry of Labour’s board of inquiry.
