WAGE INCREASES.
WOOLLEN IND USTR Y. Received December 10. 1.45 p.m. LONDON, Dee. 9. Wage increases averaging 10 per cent., affecting 100,000 workers in the wool textile industry of Yorkshire,' are recommended by the Ministry of Labour’s board of inquiry. A meeting of employers and workers is being held at an early date with a view to reaching an agreement in the light of the recommendations.
