FRENCH GOVERNMENT

SATISFACTION IN BRITAIN. NOTHING EXCLUSIVE. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (British Official Wireless.) Received December 7, 10.48 a.m. RUGBY, Dec. 5. The spontaneity and completeness of the assurances given by the French' Foreign Minister (M. Delbos) that all the forces of France, by land, sea, and air, would immediately be used for the defence of Britain against unprovoked aggression are received hero with great satisfaction. It is noted that tho full definition of the French attitude by M. Delbos, like that offered in regard to the British attitude by Mr R. A. Eden in his recent speeches, is in accord with the March agreement, and that there is nothing exclusive in either statement.
