NEUTRALITY WORK.
PROGRESS IN LONDON. (British Official Wireless.) RUGB¥, Nov. 27. A meeting of the chairman's subcommittee of the International Committee for the application of the agreement regarding non-intervention in Spain was held at the Foreign Office this morning. The committee carried its examination of the plan for the establishment of a system of supervision over the entry of arms and war material into Spain in contravention of the agreement to a point at which in its opinion the matter could be referred to a plenary session of the International Committee. Arrangements have accordingly been made for a further meeting of the main committee to be held next Wednesday morning.
The committee is believed to have agreed upon supervision of warfare upon land and sea, hut excluded air traffic as requiring the presence of observers from many countries.
