TRIBUNAL REFUSED.
MRS FREER’S CASE. ' CANBERRA, Nov. 27. It is not the intention of the Commonwealth Government to institute a special tribunal to investigate the Mrs Freer case. This announcement was made in the House of Representatives to-day by Dr Earle Page, Minister of Commerce, and acting Prime Minister, in reply to a question by a Government supporter, Mr Jennings.
