CATALOGUE NOW 30,000 DALES. WELLINGTON, Nov. 28. It lias boon decided to increase the offering at tile first Wellington wool sale to be held on Wednesday, December 9, to 30,000 bales. Owing to a desire on the part of woolgrowers with early shorn clips to take advantage of the Strong market prevailing, wool naS been coming into the Wellington wool stores fairly rapidly lately, and it has boon apparent that tho limit of 28,000 bales fixed lor the December sale by tho Now Zealand Wool Committee would be exceeded. Tho combined offerings of the seven Wellington wool brokers Have therefore been increased to 30,000 bales. ' Subject to the completion of clips, the for the first sulo at Wellington are now closed. LONDON SALES STRONG. The Bank of Now Zealand (produce department) has received the following advice from its London office under date November 26:—The sales continue with a vry strong market. Brices generally are in sellers’ favour.
