MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
Concluding a drinking bout, brought on by depression following his being out of. work for a few days, by taking a small dose of poison on November 25, a middle-aged man was charged with attempted suicide, in the Alagistrate’s Court this morning. Accused, who pleaded guilty, was convicted and discharged. Accused, who had gone to the Hospital reporting having taken poison, was advised by the Magistrate (Air J. L. Stout) to get back to work as soon as possible.
