STRAWBERRY FOAM. Strawberry foam is a good party sweet because of its attractive appearance. To make it. dissolve hair an ounce of gelatine in a gill of water and then stir in two ounces of castor sugar and one pound of strawberries which have previously been crushed to a pulp. Then add the beaten whites of three eggs and whisk the whole in a cool place until it stiffens. Pile it in pyramid fashion on a glass dish and serve pink wafer biscuits with it.
