MEXICAN DISPUTE.
Received November 26, 8.5 a.m. MEXICO CITY, Nov. 25. Twenty-nine Mexican oil companies have refused to accept the workmen’s demands. it is impossible to act on the contract for the short time allowed, because it contains 250 clauses and 103 pages.
