GAOL FOR FRAUD.
ASPIRANT TO DICTATORSHIP. MONTREAL, Nov. 24. Edward de Patrick, who contested •n Mayoralty recently on the slogan; “Shoot all criminals; any man who runs foul of the law deserves to be shot,” was imprisoned to-day for two years for fraud. Thanking the Judge, he said: “Every dictator needs first-hand experience of the penal system.”
