GALLI-CURCI’S RETURN.
RECEPTION AT CHICAGO. CHICAGO, Nov. 25. Amelita Galli-Curci, whose throat was operated on last year, made a new debut in grand opera as Mimi in “La Boheme” not, however, critics said, with the impeccable and bewitching voice with which she achieved world fame at Chicago in 1916. A capacity audience, however, gave her a cordial reception.
