AFFAIR OF HONOUR

(United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) Received November 25, 2.10 p.m. BUDAPEST, Nov. 24.Seeking to vindicate the honour of his wife, about which, it was alleged, aspersions had been cast. Dr. Francis SLrga, who challenged nine men, fought the first two duels with pistols, secretly, in a stubble field on the outskirts of the city. The first opponent was wounded in the arm and sent to hospital. In the second duel both missed and were reconciled.

The duels were necessarily hurried, as peasants flocked to the scene immediately the news spread. Dr. Sarga does not intend carrying the remainder of the duels further immediately, as the police are lyatehing him.
