TO 'INTERCEPT MUNITIONS. ; V : LONDON, .Nov. 20. ■ According to the Morning Past’s diplomatic correspondent, ; General Franco’s blockade decision was taken with the-full knowledge of the German and 'ltalian-Governments, who timed their recognition of his Government to coincide'with it. The reason for joint action is important! A 'shipment of Russian munitions is en’route to Barcelona, and the three Governments are determined to prevent its arrival. Both Governments nave already / accepted the legitimacy of the blockade,-' tnus making it more difficult lor otheirs to raise /objections. The British Government to-day got into contact'With the jnsurgents' headquarters -to-i ascertain whetiier a safety zone will ,bo .indicated dor foreign shipr ping at • Barcelona, of which there is no mention in the .warning which ihas been received. 1 ■
