Received November 20, 10 a.m. ROME, Nov. 19.' ; The Fascist Grand Council, after an ill-njght meeting, issued a communique stating that it is essential, to accelerate military preparedness, especially aerial and naval, in view of the international, situation. Italy will continue further her economic self-sufficiency plan, especially in connection with defence, and pioduction.
A committee was appointed to submit recommendations tq the new Chamber of Deputies, which is interpreted to mean- that the chamber will bo speedily replaced by' a body. re-, fleeting the country's economic organisation. ■ > ’ V V /
