CONCERT AND SALE OF WORK. The annual missionary concert and sale of work in connection with the ' Methodist Sunday School was held in the Parish Hall last evening. Rev. J. H. Allen presided. Cosmopolitan” ; junior boys’ Sunday school, song, “Topsy Turvy” ; Hugh Funnel!, recitation ; Sunday school girls, song, “Days of the Week”; Jean McPhail, songs, “Mv Golliwog” and “It Makes You Think” ; junior Bible class girls, sword danco and folk dance; Phyllis Hunt, recitation ; Sunday school girls, orderly song; recitation duo, Patricia Carrick and Jean McPhail; play, “Michael” (taken from Tolstoi’s book, 'What Men Live Bv”), the characters being: Michael, Marjory Taylor; Russian Peasant, Loraino Goldsmith; Russian Peasant's "Wife, Molly Lean; Nob. email, Francis Tutty; Nobleman’s Servant, Margaret Tutty; Woman, ])< rothy Taylor; Twins, Phyllis Hunt and Patricia Carrick; Aniuska, a Russian peasant girl, Ray Lean.
