(Geneva Official V ireless.) GENEVA, Oct. 27. The October number of the League of Nations' monthly Bulletin of Statistics, just published, contains, besides tho usual tables of information, a record of recent measures affecting gold value currencies and exchange rates, on the world’s monetary gold reserves, merchant marine and the movement of world trade.
