ENGLISH CASE.
AIR BIGGER REMANDED. Received October 16, 9.40 a.m. LONDON, Oct. 16. Joseph Smith, the air rigger, who was charged last month with attempting to remove and fl.y a 'plane to Spain, was remanded on a charge ol' feloniously killing Arthur Gargett, his companion, while in the commission of a unlawful act. Gargett was earlier reported to have died of tetanus following an operation.
