fi'imes Cables.) LONDON, Oct. 4. The Warsaw correspondent of the Times says that Poland now demands a place in the sun. Government newspapers strongly emphasise the dynamic increase in the population and the lack of raw materials, and indicate the intention ol the Government to press at Geneva for facilities for overseas migration and access to raw materials.
