WHISKY DRAMA ON BOARD SHIP.-When the consignment of whisky, valued at £55,000 was being unloaded from the steamer Kairanga at Auckland, for transference to the Tamaroa, one of the hogsheads slipped from its sting and the pretious fluid flowed over the decks. The picture on the right shows some of the crowd which seemed to gather from nowhere, all anxious to taste the world-touring whisky, reached London in November if will have travelled 26,000 miles as part of a plan accelerate maturity.
