MR LYONS’S COMMENT. SYDNEY, Oct. 2. The Premier of New South Wales (Mr B. S. B. Stevens), who returned by the Aorangi from a trip abroad, discussed prospects for a renewal of migration. He said: Before that happened we must have assurances of co-operation from Britain and the Commonwealth Government that the monetary trade and investment policy would be such as to provide a continuous increase in the volume of profitable employment available for botli men and money in Australia.
