OPENING ARRANGEMENTS. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON," Oct. 1. The fourteenth Congress of the Chambers of Commerce of the British Empire will be officially opened at Wellington to-morrow by Lord Galway. All the delegates will be received by Lord and Lady Galway at Government House this evening. The members of the executive committee were entertained at the Wellesley Club to-day at a luncheon, and at 4 o’clock the delegates and their whes are being received by the members of the Wellington chamber. There will be a State luncheon after the opening to-morrow, an afternoon sitting, receptions in the evening, picnic trips on Saturday, and Sunday will be a free day, the conference resuming on Monday morning.
