ARREARS CANCELLED
SASKATCHEWAN FARM DEBTS. Received September 29, 12.65 p.m. REGINA, Sept. 28. The cancellation of 75,000,000 dollars of farm debts throughout the drought area through the abolition of arrears in taxes and interest charges has been arranged by the Saskatchewan Government. Mortgage companies have agreed to cut the interest rates to G per cent.
