RANGITIKEI.
MARTON, Sept. 2G. Excellent entertainment was presented in the Junction Sunday school hall, vjhen a concert arranged and presented by flic Junction Women’s Institute ’ was given in the presence of a large attendance. All the items were appreciated, but special mention must be made of the four girls from the Maori Girls’ College who delighted those present with their Maori numbers, being repeatedly encored. Before the concluding item Mrs L. Humphrey (president) thanked the public for the support accorded and the artists for their services. Mrs I). Macpherson, Misses G. .Neilson and L. Heighten were the accompanistee and Mrs L. Humphrey announced the items.
