PORTUGAL JOINS
NON-INTERVENTION GROUP,
GENEVA, Sept. 27. Portugal has decided to join the non-intervention committee in London. A representative will attend the meeting on September 28. Portugal, however, maintains her objection to the embargo on the export of arms to Spain.
