TERRIBLE MISHAP
ON SOVIET RAILWAYS. PETROL SPRAYS EXPRESS. DEATH ROLL KEPT SECRET. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) Received September 15, 11.20 a.m. MOSCOW, Sept. 14. A terrible .mishap has occurred at Rostov-on-the-Don. A locoyiotivc struck a train of petrol waggons, which caught fire and sprayed the Kiev-Baku express, three carriages of which were burned. The death roll has not been revealed. Four persons have been arrested and charged with negligence.
