TRADE WITH SOVIET.
RESUMPTION BY CANADA. MONTREAL, Sept. 11. The Prime Minister (Rt. Hon. W. L. Mackenzie King) to-day announced the restoration of friendly trade relations between Canada and Soviet Russia. The embargo effected by the Bennett Government in 1931 against Rus--sian coal, wood pulp, lumber and other products has been lifted, while it is understood Moscow has lifted the counter-embargo against Canadian products. The Minister of Trade and Commerce (Hon. W. 1). Euler), who recently visited Russia, will soon outline the trade deal made with the Soviet.
