Grave concern has followed tho refusal of the Chinese Nineteenth Route Army to allow Japanese officials to land at Pakhoi from the gunboat Suga to investigate thq murder of Japanese. Tho remonstrances of the Chinese officials aboard the warship Funn, from Canton, were unavailing despite the presence of tho Jnpaneso squadron.
