VICTORIAN MILLIONAIRE.
HEAVY ESTATE DUTY. MELBOURNE, July 23. Victorian probate duty amounting to £121,111 has been paid to the Government on the estate of Mr Harry B. Howard Smith, shipowner, who left property in Victoria of a gross value of £1,060,000, in addition to assets in other States.
