Mr J. W. P. Watt (Wellington) is at present on vacation, and is staying with his mother, Mrs A. Watt, Fitzrov Street, Feilding. M iss P. Davies, of Denbigh Street, who has been visiting Wellington for a month, is expected to return home to-day. Air and Airs Mason Dune, of Aorangi, are motoring to Wellington on Sunday for the consecration of the new Bishop of the AVellington diocese, Bishop Holland. Mesdames A. B. Bowater, of Cheltenham. and AI. Finlayson, of “Almadale,” left for Auckland and Rotorua on Wednesday night, where they will spend a holiday.
