AIR MINISTRY.
Per Press Association WELLINGTON, July 23. The question of creating an Air Ministry is still before the Government, and that it will be brought about ultimately was indicated by Mr Savage to day. He said it seemed’ that they would have to institute an Air Ministry and go m for the development of aviation and the training' of pilots, and everything aviation means.
