AUSTRIAN AMNESTY.
TEN THOUSAND BENEFIT. VIENNA, July 23. An amnesty announced last night will benefit 10,000 persons either imprisoned or awaiting trial, of whom about two-thirds are Nazis and the remainder Socialists. A number will be released to-day. Only 210 Nazis and 11 Socialists condemned for murder and other serious crimes will remain in gaol when the amnesty is fully carried out.
