A FIRM TONE. Received July 24, 10.55 a.m. LONDON, July 23. The Bradford tops market is firm. There is small business, users of tops having covered their requiremnets two to three months ahead. Yarns are fully firm at late rates. To-day’s quotations compare with those previously cabled as follow:
