FIGHTING IN MOROCCO.
REBELS UNDER ARREST. Received July 20, 9.45 a.m. PARIS, July 19. Senor Gil Robles has arrived at Biarritz from Spain. Reports from Tangier state that IS were killed, including two generals, in fighting between the rebel troops and the supporters of the Popular Front Government. Thirty rebel officers were arrested. Ceuta, last night, was still in the hands of the rebels, but Government troops were landed. A message from Lisbon reports that Senor Lerroux, the former Prime Minister. and one of the founders of the Spanish Republic, who was responsible for the arrest of Don Azaiia last year, arrived and crossed the frontier in a motor ear, escorted by a car containing Portuguese. The Quiroga Cabinet, beaded by Senor Ceeares Quiroga, a Republican supporter, was formed early in May, succeeding the Torregrosa Administration, which assumed office in September last. Senor Quiroga i> stated to be a close friend of the President. Don Arana.
