MARLBOROUGH STATION.
FAMOUS PROPERTY SOLD. Per Press Association. MARLBOROUGH, July 10. One of the Marlborough district s show places, Lake Tiniaru Station, near Blenheim, has been sold on behalf of the estate of the late Redwood Felix Goulter, to Mr Frank Vesey Robinson, a well-known Canterbury pastoralist. The property includes tine sheep country, and a handsome homestead, and realised a price in the vicinity of £20,000. Features of the estate are an artificial lake, and a remarkable collection of shrubs and trees from all parts of the world.
