WANGANUI COLLEGE.

OLD GIRLS' REUNION. The tenth reunion of the Palmerston North branch of the Wanganui Girls College Old Girls’ Association was held on P’riday, July 10, in the tearooms of Messrs ‘‘Collinson and C'unninghame. The tables, brightly decorated in blue and gold, added to the college atmosphere of the- assembly. The good representative gathering of members spent the time in social intercourse and in a discussion of the affairs .of the branch. Airs Adcock stressed the desirability of electing a younger committee, who might introduce more activity into the branch, and accordingly, to the regret of all, declined reelection as president. Miss N. Bailey, as secretary, then read pertinent portions of the constitution of the W.G.C.0.G.A., and presented the annun] report, and a very favourable balance-sheet. This was duly adopted, and Miss Bailey congratulated on her good work ns secretary, which business activities will prevent her continuing. The following officers for the current year were elected:—President, Miss N. Grant; vice-presidents, Mesdamcs

Smith, A. Adcock and G. Dixon committee, Mesdames Mvlroi and Gibson, Misses M. Will. T. Rcnall, M. Rowland, and B. Butcmcnt; linn, secretary and treasurer, Miss N. Coup'. Those present included the above, and also Mesdames Simpson, Billens, Law, Slianou, Gibbons, Hott, Broomfield, Nielson, Eglinton, and Misses Millar and Galloway.
