Received July 14, 12.10 p.m. RUGBY, July 13. • When a Cunard-White Star liner docked at Cherbourg this morning the new bout ’plane service lor travellers to Central Europe was inaugurated, several passengers leaving at once iu an airliner with Budapest as their final destination.
