BRITISH CO-ORDINATION. Received Julv 15, 9.25 a.m. LONDON, Julv 14. In the House of Commons, Mr A. Duff-Cooper (Secretary of State for War) announced the appointment of Vice-Admiral Harold Brown as Di-rector-General of Munitions Production and an additional member of the Army Council. He is charged with, coordinating and expediting the output of munitions.
