A stretch of beautiful Buckinghamshire country, linking the Chess and Misbourne River Valleys, is to be preserved from development for all time under proposals by the Amersham and District Joint planning Committee and Bucks County Council. The land includes the estates of Neivlaml Park and Chalfont Park, the picturesque old village of Chenies, and parts frequented by Milton and Gray among other poets.
