MURDER ALLEGATION. FINDING BY COURT. Received July 4. 9.40 a.m. PEKIN, July 3. The Consular Court of Inquiry has decided that there is no case against the British soldiers alleged to have killed a Japanese officer early in June. The Secretary of the Japanese Em-bassy-called on the British Ambassador " expressing Japan’s dissatisfaction. A high official states: We still believe the soldiers murdered Sasaki.
