BACK TO DUELS.
GERMAN SENSE OF HONOUR. Received June 23. 2 p.m. BERLIN, June 22. The new German legal code will legalise duelling as harmonising with the Nazi conception of honour. Officers will be confined to pistols,_ but civilians may choose between pistols and swords.
