Tho following is the draw for tho ladies’ June bogey match for Saturday: —Mrs R. Stuart v. Mrs I. Shannon, Mrs J. Stewart v. Mrs C. Williamson, Miss N. Whitehead v. Mrs J. Buchanan, Miss J. Green v. Miss E. Younger, Mies T. Williamson v. Miss J. Stewart, Mrs D. Old v. partner. The hostesses for Saturday will be Misses J. Green and E. Younger. Tho following are the points to date for the G. H. Bennett Cup for tho Saturday medal and bogey competition: E. Buchanan 14, J. Stewart 13, N. Barron 10, M. McLean 8, J. Buchanan 6, G. Coggin 3, K. Rix-Trott 2. The following are tho points to date in the week-end medal und bogey competitions: E. Buchanan 11, G. Coggin 10, J. Stewart 9, J. Buchanan 7, M. McLean 2, F. Arrow 1. The following is the result in points for each team in the Country Cribbago Association’s first round: Waituna 10, Stanway East 10. Stan way West 5. Beaconsfield 5, Cheltenham 4, Kiwitea 4, Kimbolton 4. The first games in the second round of the conntry cribbago competition were commenced on Monday night. Beaconsfield and Stanway West met at Beaconsfield and tho match resulted in a win for Stanway West by the substantial margin of 31 games to 19. After the first half, Stajiway led by 14 games to 11 and in the second half they collected 17 games to 8. Mr T. Green, on behalf of the Stamvay players, thanked the Beaconsfield members for their hospitality and Mr R. Stuart replied. A farewell evening to Mr and Mrs C, E. Small, by the residents of the Beaconsfield district, is to bo held at the school on Saturday.
