TO BE TESTED IN WELLINGTON. Discussing the Government’s endeavours to formulate a housing policy tho writer ot a special article in the Weekly News this week draws attention to some of tile difficulties that are confronting the authorities in Wellington, which is to be regarded as the testing ground- Its hill-locked situation and the consequent high price of accessible sections have made housing in the Capital a difficult problem.
