MORTGAGE CORPORATION SHARES.
The secretary of the Mortgage Corporation of New Zealand has adviced the Stock Exchange Association that in accordance with clause 4, sub-clause 7. o! the State Advances Corporation Bill, introduced in the House of Representatives on Wednesday, “No transfer of any shares of the corporation executed at any time after May 27, 1936. shall be registered by the cornoration.”
