SOUTH ISLAND AWARD. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, May 15. Representatives of all the freezing workers in the South Island districts will be called together at a conference to be held shortly to discuss a proposal to form a South Island organisation, and to co-operate in an attempt to secure a South Island award for next season.
