Preparations arc ill hand for the holding of the second annual ball of trio Feilding Fanners’ Union and attention is directed to an , announcement elsewhere in this issue concerning the date of tlie gathering. The ball is being bold in conjunction with the Women's Division. The popular Stratford orchestra lias been engaged for the ball and those who heard this dance music last, year will not wish to miss hearing the performance again. An old man walked into St. George’s Hospital at Hyde Park Corner, London, recently, and handed in 2o pound notes lie had been saving for 20 years.
