BRISBANE. May 2. Herbert Kopit was formally ' committed for trial on the second murder Charge preferred against hmi-namely, the alleged wilful murder of M. I. Costello on the Rockhampton mail train. He was remanded for.eight days on a charge of attempting to kill the train conductor. T. Boys.
