NEW’ PROPOSAL. Official AA’ireless.) RUGBY, April 22. A proposal to acquire 1000 acres of land near Ireford (Essex) to lie laid out at an estimated cost of , £600,000 as a new airport for London will be considered by the Court of Commons Council of Hie City of London tomorrow.
